Use gourmet crackers, its makes a plain torte look so much more. Ingredients:
3/4 lb cream cheese, room temperature |
3/4 cup ricotta cheese |
3/4 cup butter, room temperature |
1 cup prepared pesto sauce |

Directions:
1. Blend cheeses and butter with an electric mixer until fluffy. 2. Line mold or dish with saran wrap. 3. Layer cheese and pesto. 4. Chill, unmold and serve with crackers. |
