This is a great snack, or small lunch if your not too hungry. Easy and wonderful, I make these pizzas all the time to have between lunch and dinner. Ingredients:
1 piece pita bread |
1 tablespoon pesto sauce |
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 175(small toaster oven works best but regular is OK too). 2. Heat flatbread for 1 minute or until warm. 3. Spread pesto on pita/flatbread and sprinkle with cheese. 4. Heat for 2-3 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bread is lightly goldened. |
