Ingredients:
2 cup(s) basil, packed tightly |
3 clove(s) garlic |
1 cup(s) olive oil |
1/4 cup(s) parmigiano reggiano, grated |
3 tablespoon(s) pecorino, grated |
1/4 cup(s) pine nuts |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. In a food processor pulse basil leaves, garlic, pine nutes and cheeses until blended. With motor running, pour olive oil in a thin stream until incorporated. Season with salt and pepper. |
