4 c basil leaves, fresh and lightly packed |
1/4 c pine nuts |
3 garlic cloves |
1/4 c olive oil |
1/8 tsp sea salt |
1/4 tsp ground pepper |
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper |
1/2 c parmesan |
Directions:
1. Saute pine nuts in olive oil until toasted lightly. 2. Add pine nuts and garlic cloves to food processor and process until minced. 3. Add basil, olive oil and spices to processor and process until smooth. 4. Add cheese and process until smooth. 5. Use on pasta, fish, seafood, you name it! Store in the fridge. |
