A rich savoury change from the basic potato salad. Ingredients:
4 cups baby potatoes, cut in half |
1/2 cup pesto sauce |
1 pinch salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Boil potatoes salted water until soft, about 15 minutes. 2. Drain water. 3. Add salt and pepper to taste. 4. Add pesto and stir. 5. Serve warm. |
