Oven baked easy no mess meatballs. Enjoy with pasta and sauce. Or on a roll topped with pesto, sauce and cheese. Ingredients:
3 lbs 80% lean ground beef (20% fat) |
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs |
2 eggs, lightly whisked |
1/2 cup finely minced onion |
1/2 cup pesto sauce (prepared or store bought or pesto) |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. 2. Grease a cookie sheet with spray. 3. Mix all ingredients together by hand and form into oversized golf balls. 4. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until no longer pink in the middle. |
