2 cups (about 3 ounces) 3/4-inch stale bread cubes |
3 tablespoons store-bought pesto |
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt |
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 400° F. Place the bread in a large bowl. Stir in the pesto, salt, and pepper and toss well to combine. Spread out on a rimmed baking sheet and bake until golden, about 10 minutes |
