Light and fresh as well as so easy to prepare! It tastes like you spent hours on it, but takes just minutes! Ingredients:
1 cup cooked chicken breast, cubed |
1 cup celery, chopped |
1 cup tomato, chopped |
1/2 cup onion, chopped |
1/2 cup purchased pesto sauce (found in refrigerated section of supermarkets) |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. 2. Serve with your choice of bread, bagel, pita, or wrap. |
