Easy pasta recipe using Winter Pesto by Evelyn/Athens here on , changing serving of her pesto recipe to 1.25 and adding it to taste to this recipe. Ingredients:
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup |
3 cooked chicken breasts, chopped |
1/2 cup milk |
1/2-1 cup pesto sauce |
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients together in baking dish and bake at 325 for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with a cheese of your choice and some parsley if desired! Can make ahead and store in fridge all day to heat at dinnertime. 2. Can also be made with 1/2 c basil pesto. |
