A great appetizer. Ingredients:
1 loaf french bread, sliced |
7 ounces prepared pesto sauce |
2 medium roma tomatoes, seeded & finely chopped |
4 ounces crumbled feta |
Directions:
1. Arrange bread slices on ungreased baking sheet. Spread with pesto, top with tomatoes & feta. Broil 4 inches from heat for 3-5 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. |
