This recipe came from my bread maker recipe book. It's one the few recipes that I really do from it. It tastes nice and smells great as well. Much better than a lot of herb breads. Worth a try. Ingredients:
1 cup water |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley (or 2 tbsp dried parsley) |
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese |
2 teaspoons dried basil leaves |
2 teaspoons sugar |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1 teaspoon salt |
3 1/4 cups bread flour |
1 teaspoon yeast |
Directions:
1. Put all the ingredients in the bread machine according to manufacturer's input order. 2. Bake on basic bread cycle. |
