Serve over hot pasta, spread on chicken or fish before cooking, use as stuffing for mushroom caps, or spread on fresh tomato slices or baguette slices. Ingredients:
4 cloves garlic |
2 tablespoons pine nuts |
1/2 cup tightly packed fresh basil leaves |
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley |
1/3 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese |
1/2 cup commercial italian dressing |
Directions:
1. Position knife blade in food processor bowl. Drop garlic and pine nuts through food chute with processor running; process 5 seconds or until garlic is minced. Add basil and parsley; process 10 seconds or until minced. 2. Add cheese; process until blended. Slowly pour Italian dressing through food chute with processor running, blending until smooth. |
