2 c. of packed home grown basil |
1/2 c. of toasted pine nuts, cooled |
1 c. of grated parmesan cheese or romano cheese |
3 cloves of minced garlic |
1/4-1/2 c. of olive oil, depending on preference |
Directions:
1. First put into a blender first 4 ingredients,Pulse. 2. Now slowly add oil making a nice paste. |
