This is a classic, fresh pesto recipe with old-world charm. You will never taste a better pesto! Ingredients:
1/2 cup parmesan cheese |
1/2 cup olive oil |
1/4 cup pine nuts |
3 ounces basil |
3 garlic cloves |
1 lb pasta (your choice) |
Directions:
1. Lightly toast the pine nuts over medium heat on non-stick pan (no need for non-stick spray). 2. Combine all ingredients in food processor, and mix until generally smooth. 3. Combine pesto mixture with cooked pasta and toss to coat. |
