Ingredients:
1 cup green gram (soaked in water for 4 hrs)
1/4 cup besan (gram flour)
1/2 cup wheat flour
1 big onion
2 tomatoes puree
salt to taste
1 green chilly
2 garlic
1/4 jeera powder
Directions:
1. Blend green gram. onion, green chilly, galic in a blender
2. Mix besan, wheat flour, salt, jeera powder, tomato puree with it.
3. Pour water if needed n mix it well n make it like you prepare for dosa
4. Now heat a tawa
5. Rub oil in that n pour the mixture n prepare dosas
