Health dish especially for kids. Ingredients:
1 cup green gram (soaked in water for 4 hrs) |
1/4 cup besan (gram flour) |
1/2 cup wheat flour |
1 big onion |
2 tomatoes puree |
salt to taste |
1 green chilly |
2 garlic |
1/4 jeera powder |
Directions:
1. Blend green gram. onion, green chilly, galic in a blender 2. Mix besan, wheat flour, salt, jeera powder, tomato puree with it. 3. Pour water if needed n mix it well n make it like you prepare for dosa 4. Now heat a tawa 5. Rub oil in that n pour the mixture n prepare dosas |
