As per Janice Brady's recipe request. This comes from the Aish Hatorah Kosher for Pesach Cookbook. Ingredients:
9 eggs, separated |
8 ounces ground nuts |
8 ounces bittersweet chocolate, melted |
1 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Beat whites until stiff. 2. Beat yolks and sugar for 10 minutes. 3. Add the cooled, melted chocolate and nuts. 4. Fold all the ingredients together. 5. Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes. |
