These are really great, super easy to make and everyone loves a meatball Ingredients:
1 bag frozen meatballs, thawed |
2 t red pepper flakes |
2 cloves garlic, minced |
1/2 t cumin |
1/4 cup red wine vinegar |
2 t soy sauce |
1/4 cup olive oil |
Directions:
1. Mix all and pour over meatballs, marinate 2 hours or overnight. 2. Lay flat on baking sheet and bake at 350F for 20 minutes or until heated through. Serve as is, or with dip/salsa. Enjoy! |
