Peruvian Meatballs

These are really great, super easy to make and everyone loves a meatball
Ingredients:
1 bag frozen meatballs, thawed
2 t red pepper flakes
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 t cumin
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 t soy sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
Directions:
1. Mix all and pour over meatballs, marinate 2 hours or overnight.
2. Lay flat on baking sheet and bake at 350F for 20 minutes or until heated through. Serve as is, or with dip/salsa. Enjoy!
