Peruvian Beef for the Crock Pot |

This recipe was adapted from a Peruvian beef recipe by Chef#352096, to be made in a crock pot. Ingredients:
2 lbs sirloin strip steaks |
1/2 cup apple juice |
1/8 cup sherry wine |
2 tablespoons minced garlic cloves |
4 tablespoons fresh cilantro |
2 tomatoes |
1/2 red onion |
1 red bell pepper |
Directions:
1. Cook apple juice, sherry, garlic, cilantro and meat in crock pot on low 4-6 hours. 2. Cut veggies into strips and add to crock pot. Cook on high another hour. 3. Serve over rice. |
