Banana bread without the bananas with a the flavour of fall. Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter |
1 cup sugar |
2 large eggs |
2 cups flour |
1 tsp baking soda |
12 persimmons, mashed |
2 tsp cinnamon |
1 tsp nutmeg |
Directions:
1. Cream butter and sugar well 2. Slowly add two eggs and the mashed persimmon 3. Add flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and baking soda. 4. Combine batter well and cook at 350F for 30 minutes or until a knife comes out clean. |
