Persian Style Carrot Salad |

This is a very tasty, light and easy to prepare salad. It can be combined with grilled meat. Ingredients:
500 g carrots, coarsly grated |
200 g apples, peeled and coarsly grated |
60 g almonds, toasted and chopped |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1 teaspoon ground cumin |
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon sugar |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together. 2. Don't add salt, it would soak water! 3. Refrigerate at least one hour. 4. Serve and enjoy. |
