Delicious tea sweetened with the essence of rose and cardamom. Ingredients:
1 cup organic dried rose petals, crushed |
10 whole green cardamoms, crushed |
1 cup granulated sugar |
1 1/4 cups water |
earl grey tea or black tea, prepared |
Directions:
1. Place ingredients except tea into a small saucepan and bring to a boil. 2. Lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes, then allow to cool completely. 3. Strain syrup and use to sweeten hot or iced teas. |
