Tasty and filling casserole! Ingredients:
360 g perogies |
1/4 cup 2% milk |
10 oz condensed mushroom soup |
2 cup frozen vegetables |
Directions:
1. Spray medium cassrole with Pam. 2. Place 12 perogies in a layer (Calorie Counter would not accept the number of perogies in the recipe, it used 12 servings instead). 3. Add frozen vegetables on top. 4. Mix soup and milk together until smooth. 5. Pour soup mixture over vegetables and perogies. 6. Bake at 350 for an hour. |
