Ingredients:
1 cup flour |
1 egg |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
3 russet potatoes |
1 onion |
6 slices bacon |
2 cups cheddar cheese |
4 tablespoons sour cream |
parsley |
Directions:
1. Mix flour and egg, oil and salt. Mix but don't knead. Set aside. 2. Peel potatoes cutting in chunks. Boil till soft. 3. Chop and cook bacon. 4. Mash potatoes and add sour cream, bacon and cheese. Mix. 5. Roll out dough into sheets. place spoonful of filling onto sheet. Fold. Cut into half moons. 6. Flash boil perogies. 7. Fry perogies, Plate and garnish. |
