8 potatoes washed and oiled |
filling:500g cubed chicken |
1 tspn chilli powd |
1 tblspn peri peri sauce |
2 tblspn lemon juice |
salt to taste |
4 tblspn french dressing |
1/2 tspn tumeric powd |
1 tspn bbq spice |
1 tblspn periperi oil |
1 tblspn chicken spice |
1 tspn lemon pepper |
1 tblspn mayo |
chopped coriander |
Directions:
1. prick potatoes with fork 2. bake at 180 degrees for 40 min 3. filling:cook all ingred except mayo and coriander on slow heat til tender 4. lastly add mayo and coriander 5. cut potatoes across,press lighlty 6. lay filling 7. serve while hot |
