Ingredients:
1 lb carrot, peeled and thinly sliced on a angle
1 1/2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 garlic clove, crushed
Directions:
1. in a small saucepan combine carrots 1 1/2 tablespoon olive oil & garlic over low heat.
2. cover and cook,stirring occasionally until tender,about 15 minuites.
3. season too taste & drizzile with more olive oil.
