This is a different guacamole, is green and perfect soft for meat or chips. It´s an antique recipe of my mother in law, very Mexico style and excellent for a cinco de mayo party. Ingredients:
3 green tomatoes, in pieces |
3 green chilies |
1/4 onion |
1/4 garlic clove |
1/4 bunch cilantro |
1 1/2 avocados |
1 tablespoon salt |
1 tablespoon poultry seasoning |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients except the avocado, until mixture smooth. 2. Taste the mix, use more salt or chiles if you want it more spicy. 3. Add the avocado using a spoon and blend the mixture. 4. Serve in a sauce bowl put the avocado seed inside. |
