my favorite Ingredients:
several potatoes |
2 tbsp butter |
1/4 c milk |
garlic salt |
fresh pepper |
optional-fresh cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. slice, cut and boil potatoes in enough water to cover them 2. drain once they are easy to poke with a fork, i wait til they almost fall apart when i poke em 3. add butter, mix til melted 4. add garlic salt and pepper to taste 5. stir in milk 6. optional - add cheese 7. mix til an even consistency is reached 8. serve |
