THis is the best dump recipe for your OAMC! I use this seasoning combination for hamburgers also- and have people constantly asking What seasonings are in there. Ingredients:
2 3/4 lbs rib eye steaks, 1 1/2 inch thick |
1 tablespoon garlic powder |
1 tablespoon paul prodommes blackend redfish magic seasoning |
1 tablespoon cavendars all purpose greek seasoning |
3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce |
Directions:
1. sprinkle steaks with garlic powder, blackened season, and greek seasoning on both sides and push / pat seasonings into meat. 2. lay steaks flat in a ziploc freezer bag and drizzle eaqual amounts of worcestershire on both sides. 3. remove all aire from bag, seal and freeze. 4. pop in fridge a few days before needed to thaw and marinate, grill to desired way and enjoy. |
