I believe this came from an old Good Housekeeping magazine. A Thanksgiving essential. Serve with vanilla ice cream. ^_^ Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) can pumpkin |
1 (14 ounce) can eagle sweetened condensed milk |
2 eggs |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon ginger |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg |
2 frozen pie crusts, room temp |
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 425*F. 2. Mix all ingredients . 3. Divide mix between the 2 crusts. 4. Bake at 425* for 15 minutes. Lower temp to 350* for 35-40 minutes. |
