Ingredients:
5 pound(s) pork butt shoulder |
1 1/2 teaspoon(s) smoked paprika |
2 teaspoon(s) black pepper |
1 teaspoon(s) cayenne pepper |
1 teaspoon(s) thyme |
3 clove(s) garlic minced |
1 cup(s) water |
Directions:
1. Combine seasonings and rub over roast. Place meat in a 6 qt slow cooker. Add water. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-5 or until pork is very tender. Place pork on cutting board and allow to rest 10-15. Pull, slice or chop to serve. Serve on buns with barbacue sauce. |
