salad with chickpeas & corn Ingredients:
2 cups corn kernels |
6 oz ripe olives |
15 oz diced tomatoes |
2 cups steamed broccoli |
5 cups chickpeas |
1/2 cup onion, chopped |
Directions:
1. cook all incredients that require cooking, toss together with some salt, pepper, basil, oregano, and coriander (yum!) |
