Perfect Potato Salad

Ingredients:
5 cups chopped potatoes
1/2 cup oil or 1/2 cup water
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 -2 teaspoon dried parsley, crushed
1/4 teaspoon basil
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
3 dashes cayenne pepper
3 dashes sea kelp (optional)
1/3-1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup eggless mayonnaise (veganaise is good)
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4-1/2 teaspoon horseradish, to taste finely chopped or 3 -6 green onions, finely chopped
sea salt
3 dashes cayenne
Directions:
1. Chop and steam potatoes until very tender.
2. Marinate potatoes in the marinade for 2-4 hours or overnight, stirring every half hour, or 3-4 times.
3. Drain off excess liquid (if any).
4. Mix potatoes with all other ingredients.
5. Chill for 1 hour or more before serving.
