The perfect desert for pineapple lovers. Ingredients:
1 (6 -8 ounce) can crushed pineapple |
3/4 cup sugar |
4 tablespoons cornstarch |
2 tablespoons butter |
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shells |
Directions:
1. Mix together pineapple, sugar, & cornstarch. 2. Cook on stove until clear & thick, 10 to 20 min, then add butter. 3. Cool slighly before putting on unbaked pie shell. 4. Bake 1 hour at 375°F. |
