2 lbs red potatoes |
1/2 cup cream |
1/2 cup butter |
1 teaspoon salt |
black pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. Peel and quarter potatoes. 2. Place in saucepan. 3. Cover potatoes with water. 4. Bring to a boil. 5. Lower heat and cook until potatoes are soft. 6. Drain. 7. Mash potatoes gradually adding cream, butter, salt, and pepper. |
