Ingredients:
4 oz butter |
1 cup all purpose flour |
1/4 cup confectioners sugar |
1 cup sugar |
2 eggs, beaten |
4 tblspn lemon juice |
2 tblspn flour |
1/2 tspn baking powder |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit. 2. combine the butter, 1-cup flour and confectioners sugar. 3. pat into an eight-inch tart pan. 4. bake in hot oven for 15 minutes, remove and cool. 5. mix together the sugar, eggs, lemon juice, remaining flour and baking powder. 6. pour over the cooled crust. 7. bake for an additional 25 minutes. 8. cool and serve. |
