3/4 c. fresh lemon juice |
1 tlb. grated lemon zest |
3/4 c. sugar |
3 eggs |
1/2 c. cubed, unsalted butter |
Directions:
1. In a 2 qt. saucepan, combine lemon juice, lemon zest, sugar, eggs and butter. 2. Cook over med-high heat until thick enough to hold whisk marks, and first bubble appears on the surface, about 6 mins. |
