I can never remember how to boil an egg so each time I do it they come out differently. I finally asked my mom how she does it because they always come out perfect -great texture, even yellow yolk and easy to peel. Ingredients:
Directions:
1. Select the number of eggs you would like to boil (your choice) 2. Place eggs in pot and fill with water until all eggs are covered 3. Bring to a rolling boil and boil eggs for 3 minutes 4. Remove eggs from heat and cover 5. Allow eggs to sit for one hour 6. Rinse with cool water then proceed to chill in refrigerator or peel right away and eat |
