I made these for a party this week end ( along with other stuff ) and before I could photograph them, they were gone! Increase recipe as needed Ingredients:
6 english muffins |
butter |
marinara sauce |
shredded mozarella cheese |
bouquet garni ( powdered from a jar ) |
Directions:
1. Split muffins in half
2. Lightly butter each one.
3. Spread on about 2 Tbs of marina or favorite pizza sauce
4. Top with a few Tbs of shredded cheese
5. Sprinkle with a bit of the seasoning
6. Bake 425F until muffins are crips and browned and cheese melted, about 15 mins or so
