I love crepes, we use this recipe in any party or special dinner. Crepes are cheap and always look and taste awesome. You can freeze the crepes a month.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups milk
3 eggs
2/3 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons buttermilk, melted
1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Stir all ingredients until mixture is smooth.
2. Refrigerate the mix for 30 minutes.
3. Heat a Teflon pan over medium-low heat, put 4 tablespoons of mix, move the pan until the mix cover the surface.
4. Turn over when crepe is light brown.
5. Repeat with all mix.
6. Fill your crepes with cream cheese and marmalade if you like a delicious dessert.
