Perfect Brown Rice Every Time |

I have tried tons of brown rice recipes and it always comes out wet and sticky. So here is my perfected recipe. I always cook it in a caldero and it seems to do the trick. Ingredients:
1 cup brown rice |
2 cups water |
Directions:
1. Add the rice and the water to the caldero. 2. Bring it to a boil and let it boil for about 2 minutes. 3. Put the lid on, reduce to low (not all the way low, but close). 4. Don't open the lid for at least one hour. |
