I threw these ingredients together one day when my husband was itching for some pasta salad, and came up with a winner. Ingredients:
1 lb cooked rotini pasta, drained and rinsed. |
1 pkg (5 oz) mini pepperonis |
1 can (15 oz) whole kernel corn |
12 oz. zesty italian dressing |
3/4 c. shredded mozzarella cheese |
1 1/2 t. parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together. Toss to coat well. Chill in refrigerator at least 2 hours before serving. |
