A goody Ingredients:
6 hard-cooked eggs, halved |
1/4 cup sour cream |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon cumin |
1 tablespoon thick 'n chunky salsa |
12 fresh cilantro leaves |
Directions:
1. Remove egg yolks from eggs; place in small bowl. Add sour cream, salt and cumin; beat with electric mixer at medium speed until smooth. 2. Place egg white halves on serving platter. Fill each with 1 tablespoon filling. Top each with 1/4 teaspoon salsa and cilantro leaf. |
