Quick tasty seafood stir fry. Ingredients:
9 ounces egg noodles |
1 teaspoon oil |
1 teaspoon black peppercorns, crushed |
1 red chili pepper, deseeded and chopped |
4 ounces baby corn |
2 bok choy, chopped |
7 ounces raw small shrimp, peeled |
2 ounces bean sprouts (optional) |
Directions:
1. Boil the noodles according to pack instructions and drain. 2. Fry the peppercorns in the oil along with the chili, baby corn and bok choi. Stir fry for 1 min, add the shrimp and fry until pink. 3. Add the noodles and beansprouts and heat through before serving. |
