Peppery Shrimp Noodles

Quick tasty seafood stir fry.
Ingredients:
9 ounces egg noodles
1 teaspoon oil
1 teaspoon black peppercorns, crushed
1 red chili pepper, deseeded and chopped
4 ounces baby corn
2 bok choy, chopped
7 ounces raw small shrimp, peeled
2 ounces bean sprouts (optional)
Directions:
1. Boil the noodles according to pack instructions and drain.
2. Fry the peppercorns in the oil along with the chili, baby corn and bok choi. Stir fry for 1 min, add the shrimp and fry until pink.
3. Add the noodles and beansprouts and heat through before serving.
