A great kick to a ordinary pot roast. You can make the broth into gravy to pour over garlic mashed potatoes or buttered noodles. Ingredients:
4 lbs beef roast |
1 teaspoon garlic salt |
1 teaspoon onion salt |
2 teaspoons celery salt |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce |
2 teaspoons pepper |
1/2 cup ketchup |
1 tablespoon liquid smoke flavoring |
3 tablespoons brown sugar |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
3 drops hot pepper sauce |
1 tablespoon dry mustard |
1 dash nutmeg |
Directions:
1. Place raost in slow cooker. 2. Combien remaining ingredients and pour over roast. 3. Cover and cook on High 6 to 9 hours. |
