Goes well with ice cold beer. Ingredients:
3 tablespoons butter |
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce |
1/4-1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce |
1 -2 dash pepper (i use cayenne) |
2 cups pecan halves |
salt (to taste) |
Directions:
1. In a skillet, melt butter. 2. Add worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, and pepper; stir to combine. 3. Add in the pecans; stir to coat. 4. Spread pecans on a cookie sheet. 5. Bake at 300° for 20 minutes. 6. Sprinkle with salt if desired. |
