                    Crushed peppercorns provide the bite in this parmesan dip. I like to use the tri-color, and then sprinkle a few on top for a splash of color on the dip. You can stir this up in a minute or two, and serve with veggies, crackers, pita chips, etc.  Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1/2 cup sour cream  |  
                                                2 tablespoons mayonnaise  |  
                                                1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice  |  
                                                1 cup finely grated parmesan cheese  |  
                                                1/4 teaspoon salt  |  
                                                approximately one-fourth teaspoon freshly ground peppercorns, preferably tri-color  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Mix everything together reserving part of the ground peppercorns. Sprinkle the remaining peppercorn flakes over the top of the dip. Serve chilled.                              |
