I LOVE olives.. period. How could so much flavor be in a little olive? Make this and share with all your olive lovin' friends. You will be glad you did! And they will too! Ingredients:
4 2.5-ounce jars pitted spanish green olives, drained |
3/4 cup vinegar |
3/4 cup olive oil |
6 large cloves garlic, minced |
2 tablespoons crushed dried red chili pepper |
Directions:
1. In a saucepan combine olives, vinegar, oil, garlic, and chili pepper. 2. Bring to boiling. Reduce heat, simmer, covered, 5 minutes. 3. Remove from heat: cool to room temperature. 4. Spoon olives into a jar or plastic container: cover. 5. Chill in refrigerator 4 to 7 days before serving. 6. Drain olives. Serve at room temperature. 7. Makes 25 servings |
