Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour |
1 tablespoon sugar |
2 teaspoons cracked black pepper |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
2 eggs, lightly beaten |
1 (8-ounce) container lowfat yogurt |
1/2 cup vegetable oil |
1/4 cup milk |
1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
1/4 cup green onions, thinly sliced |
Directions:
1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl; make a well in center of mixture. Stir together eggs and remaining 6 ingredients; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. 2. Lightly grease bottom of 8 x 4-inch loafpan; add batter. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
