PEPPERY BLUE CHEESE DRESSING This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Buckley Estate in Garland, Texas in 1994. Ingredients:
2 cups mayonnaise |
1/4 cup vinegar |
1/2 cup sour cream |
1/4 teaspoon white pepper |
1 cup crumbled blue cheese |
2 tablespoons granulated sugar |
1 clove garlic minced |
Directions:
1. In a bowl beat all ingredients except cheese until smooth and creamy.
2. Gently stir in cheese and keep refrigerated until ready to use.
