Pepperoni Pork Tenderloin |

A quick easy way to prepare pork tenderloin but give it a special flavor. Down home cookin! This can be done on a grill or under the broiler. We developed this over some years of trying. Ingredients:
2 each pork tenderloin - about 3/4 pound each |
1/2 pound bacon |
1 package pepperoni slices |
Directions:
1. Wrap the tenderloins with bacon strips. Add pepperoni slices and pin on with toothpicks. 2. Heat grill to medium hot or preheat the broiler (if you broil them put a cookie pan underneath to catch the drippings), place tenderloins on rack and cook to medium well. Let them rest for 5 minutes to fihish cooking out. 3. Remove, slice into medallions, remove the toothpicks. 4. Serve hot. |
